SmartLoan’s website

You can use our guides and calculator without giving SmartLoan your name, email, Social Security number, income or bank details. Our loan request flow does not collect these fields on SmartLoan servers; the separate support form collects an email and message.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical request data such as IP addresses and browser information to deliver and protect the website. Server logs may include technical requests. Our own measurement records daily counts of limited events such as visits, amount selections and opening the network form. These counts do not contain borrower details or IP addresses.

Support requests

If you use the SmartLoan contact form, we collect your email and message to answer website or privacy questions. These are stored encrypted in our Cloudflare database and excluded from the active inbox after 30 days, then deleted by a daily cleanup job. Encrypted copies may remain temporarily in Cloudflare recovery backups. Authorized SmartLoan operators can read support requests. Do not include sensitive identity, bank or loan application information.

Local browser storage

We use session storage to hold a randomly generated referral identifier during your visit. It is sent to the network for referral attribution when you open its form. Clearing site data or ending the browser session removes the local value. It is not a record of loan approval.

The Round Sky form

The embedded form is provided and operated by Round Sky. Opening it connects your browser to that provider. Information entered in that form goes to Round Sky and may be shared with its financial partners under the form’s terms and consent language. Those parties may contact you. The provider may use its own cookies, tracking and verification services.

Read the privacy and contact consent links within the network form before sending details. For information already entered there, use the privacy request mechanism supplied by that provider. For an existing loan, contact the lender.

Other connections

Headings use the Satoshi font served by Fontshare. Loading that font connects your browser to its provider. Calculator inputs are processed in your browser and are not included in SmartLoan analytics.

Your choices

You may browse without opening the network form. Browser settings can restrict storage and tracking, although restrictions may affect the third-party form. Clearing SmartLoan local data does not delete information previously shared with Round Sky or a lender.
